“La struttura è nuovissima, e ha un design molto curato, la sua posizione su più piani con 2 piscine e adiacente alle dune la rende sicuramente affascinante. Le camere sono grandi, curate con tutti i confort. Il ristorante ha un cibo veramente eccellente, assolutamente da provare. Il personale è premuroso e molto gentile, anche se devo dire molto giovane e non tutti parlano inglese. Siamo stati in piscina dopo il checkout e abbiamo anche pranzato nell'ottimo ristorante, trascorrendo una giornata...

“La posizione è ottima, le camere sono ampie e spaziose e con i servizi necessari. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Le colazioni sono molto buone, mentre per il menù di pranzo e cena non c'è una vastissima scelta ma va più che bene.”

“Hotel enorme immerso nel verde, pieno di animali,con qualsiasi tipo di confort. Consigliatissimo. Unica pecca il Wi-Fi solo nelle aree comuni, non in camera.”

Great selection. Staff all lovely, great location, right near the entrance to the dunes. Nice restaurant, good food. Music ends earlier than other hostels if you want sleep. ”

“Hotel dí recente costruzione. Pulito ed in posizione comoda sia per il centro città che per l’oasi. Peccato il personale della reception non parlasse inglese. Ci è stata assegnata una camera al piano terra dietro la reception un po’ troppo rumorosa ma comunque buona e confortevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. ”

“A basic hotel, but had a good sleep. Breakfast not served until after 7am, told them we were leaving at 6:15am and was informed that they would have a breakfast to go at 6:15. At 6:20 no one was around, so no breakfast, which was upsetting as nowhere was open to get anything. We would go back.”

“The hotel is very nice, with a nice yard, a nice friendly dog, and it is close to the city centre. The room was spacious and very clean; the shower with good pressure. They can send you a taxi to the bus station for only 5 Soles. Ask for the restaurant San Isidro if you want to go out for dinner. The breakfast was good but easily improvable i.e. with more bread and different types of tea. We could leave our luggage there for free after the check out to go on an excursion. On the negative side...

“I don't normally do bad reviews and stay in hotels around 30/40 nights a year. Other than the location and pool this experience was very poor. The WiFi is not suitable for video calls or streaming. The Aircon doesn't lower the temperature effectively at all which for a hot place makes sleeping very hard. The water is a trickle and doesn't run hot which is okay after a hot day in the dunes but reflects poorly on the hotel. When arriving and paying by card a 5% fee is levied which isn't written...
